Theresa Chase

Theresa Chase, 71, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, November 10th 2017. Born on September 5th, 1946 to the late George and Catherine Shields. Theresa worked for many years as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation counselor after achieving her own sobriety in June of 1994. She was a true instrument of God and gifted in helping others.

Theresa will be forever remembered by her daughters Rebecca and Christy. Son-in-laws James and Richard. Granddaughters, Jennifer (Anthony), Kelly, Ashley (Andrew), Chelsee, and Krista (Alex). Five great-grandchildren. Sisters, Ann and Carolyn (Mike) and brother Michael. She is predeceased by her sister Gwen.

A Memorial service will be held 7pm Saturday November 18, 2017 at the Savage Family Center 338-344 Conklin Ave Binghamton, NY 13903 The family will welcome friend from 6 pm until the time of service.
