Richard J Polifroni, 74, of Windsor, NY passed away Wednesday November 30, 2016 in Johnson City, NY.
Richard was born in Auburn, NY on October 12, 1942. He spent most of his adult life in the Southern Tier. For 25 years, Richard worked as a pressman for the Vail-Ballou Press Inc in Binghamton. In addition, he enjoyed running his DJ and Karaoke business.
Richard was a simple man with a big heart who loved camping with his family, and fishing. He especially liked fishing for Walleye, and Salmon in Pulaski.
He is survived by: Daughter Lynne (Ron) Goodspeed of Nineveh, and sons: Bill (Lynne) Weed of Holiday FL, and Richard Jr also of Holiday FL. His grandchildren Chris (Nicole), Robbie (Tiffany), Kyle, and Craig (Jess), great-grandchildren Leila, Macy, Peyton, and Paxton.
Also surviving are: A dear friend Patricia Mills, 3 brothers, Harry, Tony, and Archie and a sister Mary Poier, several Nieces and nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his wife Donna, a son Steven Weed, and a sister Anna.
Funeral services will be 7:00pm Sunday December 4, 2016 at the Savage Demarco Funeral Home 1605-1607 Witherill St Endicott, NY with Bishop Gary Deming officiating. Friends may call from 5-7 prior to the service. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Great Bend, PA
