On Sunday, December 3, 2017, at the age of 90, Pauline M. Whitaker went home to be with the Lord. Pauline's most treasured accomplishment is her family. Her greatest joy came when she knew a member of her family reached a hard-earned achievement or goal. Her creative gift and love as a seamstress filling any and all needs that surfaced was admired by all. Pauline loved snowmobiling and bowling. Mom's apple pie will be fondly missed as a part of our family gatherings. Pauline and Fremont played a large part in establishing the NYS Horsepuller's Association and formed countless life-long friends along the way.
A special thank you to the Homestead family, in particular, her constant companion and caregiver, Trish, for the loving care Pauline received the final months of her life.
Funeral Services will be held 1pm Friday December 8, 2017 at the Savage Family Center 338-344 Conklin Ave Binghamton with Pastor Ben Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 11:30 am until the time of service. Condolences can be expressed online at www.SavageFS.com.
